Criar cobrança por estratégia
POST/api/v2/collections/by-strategy
Cria uma cobrança a partir de filtros de recebíveis e da estratégia informada. A resposta 202 indica que o pedido foi aceito e continuará sendo processado de forma assíncrona. O par acquirerTaxIds + paymentSchemes precisa existir na agenda da empresa. O token precisa incluir create:contracts:collections.

Invalid or inconsistent trusted technical identity, including missing OAuth credential, owner client, or client_credentials grant.
Required OAuth scope is absent, the client is not authorized for the company, or the owner client has no distinct canonical tenant.
External collection ID already exists for the same client and company, or IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED for changed accepted intent.
Well-formed request body failed validation, COLLECTION_PRODUCT_INACTIVE or COLLECTION_PRICING_NOT_READY. No new creation is admitted.

COLLECTION_ADMISSION_UNAVAILABLE before admission, COLLECTION_CREATION_PENDING for an accepted creation with incomplete steps (retry the same Idempotency-Key and payload), or COLLECTION_CREATION_RECOVERY_UNAVAILABLE when durable recovery evidence is missing (contact support; do not create another identity).
