stagestring

Stage of the collection before and during the registration (ENG-1405), derived from the status. The public API v2 keeps the codes and the order it had before ENG-1573 (a contract with external clients): CONSULTING_AGENDA (OPT_PENDING without a probe, with a FULL probe still without verdict, or, with the agenda closure of ENG-1574, waiting for the agenda of every kept pair); CHECKING_ACQUIRERS (OPT_PENDING with a PROBE probe, or a FULL one with its verdict waiting for the agenda); OPENING_ACCOUNT (REGISTRATION_PENDING without account); SENT_TO_REGISTRAR (REGISTRATION_PENDING with account); REGISTERED. Omitted in the other statuses. The panel stages of ENG-1573 (CHECKING_RELATIONSHIP before the agenda, WRITTEN_OFF) are never returned here.
